It was lovely dealing with Anthony from the first time I saw the house until settlement and beyond. He was always friendly and went above and beyond to help. What I really appreciated was Anthony's honesty and integrity. He never pretended to know things he did not and seeked appropriate help to answer my questions and concerns. He referred to his senior, Raymond who was extremely helpful, friendly and professional as well. I also really appreciated WIN Real Estate's gift package on the day of settlement. As a foreigner, a non- Australian resident with little knowledge of Melbourne property market, I was very lucky to have Raymond and Anthony and as my agent. I was unable to come to Melbourne early to prepare the house for sale due to health issue. The house then was in a bad shape with stuffs piling up in the house and garage from the previous occupants and was dirty indeed. Anthony was helpful from start to finish.
