Honestly I do not think I am in a position to write a review. I was so stressed by my husband intervention of the whole deal. I could have waited but I sold it as I wanted to get rid of him asap. So I believe the house could have sold at that price much earlier. I just am wondering why agents not only Anthony but the previous agent did not tell me the fact that the house could not be sold at that price at the beginning. Through the experience they should see the price they could sell. It is OK you sell the house more than asking price but I sold the house lower than asking price. much lower.. why the agent could not tell at the beginning.. I like Anthony as he is honest and very diligent but I still feels why .. he could not tell.. so I did not expect so much. thank you Miho
