The property was very well marketed and Anthony constantly kept us updated with not only the interest on our property but also what the market was doing locally. he was very understanding of our situation selling our late parents estate property and made us all feel very comfortable doing so. Was able to hold patience and obtain a high price from a buyer who was finally successful in the purchase on her second time round. He is a highly competent professional, we couldn't have been happier with the high price he was able to obtain for us during a period where the local market had slightly slowed. very highly recommended.
