Let’s be frank. The word ‘love’ is rarely found alongside the title ‘real estate agent’, but I did love working with Anthony on the sale of our house. He answered the phone when we called, including at odd hours. He gave great feedback on how to best present our house for sale. During the campaign, he was honest about what he thought was working and what needed changing. He was able to negotiate excellent prices on advertising packages. At the outset he gave us a realistic appraisal of what the house was worth, and then he beat it (in quite a tight market). And above all he is a nice guy to deal with.
