When looking to sell our home and downsize, we contacted a number of agents to, firstly, get an idea of the selling process (it had been a long time since we last entered the market) and to evaluate and select an agent to represent and advise us. In all, we contacted and spoke to 8 Agents and of these, Anthony impressed us the most. Firstly because of his non-aggressive style, his market knowledge and his interest in us and seeing that the process was not uncomfortable for us. At all times he was considerate and patient. After having one agent try to sell my property and not be successful except to leave a bad taste in my mouth, i was somewhat apprehensive in engaging another. When Anthony came to our house on the first occasion it was as if i was talking to a friend i had known for ages.
