We have now had 2 opportunities to witness the skills of Anthony Ward. Approximately 6 years ago, we made a decision to sell our home in Fairview Park. Anthony valued our home considerably higher than 5 other agents who had been given the opportunity to value it. Anthony absolutely backed himself that the home commanded at least his value. It sold at first open, one week on the market, at 40k higher than any of the other agents valued it. Most recently, my wife and I contacted Anthony to sell my wifes parents home. The home was cramped and bursting with over 40 years of "things". Anthony provided guidance and support over the 5 months that we toiled to prepare the house for sale. We invited Anthony to view the property when we believed it was ready "I have never seen such a transformation without extensive renovations" he said. My mother, the sole owner/ occupant of a Brahma Lodge property had a severe stroke in September 2015.
