Anthony was referred to us by a friend and I contacted Anthony, he provided the required information to support listing my property for sale. Recommended open houses, eventually got a contract but unfortunately failed due to finance. On Anthony's advice we kept having open homes until another buyer went under contract, again finance was an issue but under Anthony's advice we agreed to extend finance to allow the buyer to purchase the property and the property eventually settled!
Not being the best time to sell but circumstances forced our sale and would highly recommend Anthony Williamson to go above and beyond when selling your property. Market so bad at this time but he made sure we got descent price regardless and was a definite pleasure to speak to . Thank you Anthony.

Anthony was a great agent from the get go. He was honest with us about price, he understood our situation and made good recommendations. He always gave us options and let us choose what we wanted to do. He had our house under contract within 5 days and then it went through to settlement.
