We met Anthony at an open house for the house that we purchased. He was very and welcoming. He showed us through the entire house and even pointed out some of the bad parts of the house. He provided us with information about the owner and also about the neighbours, all without us even asking. Anthony was straight forward with all the details and didn't give us false hope when it came to negotiating. He was always available, even on his days off to help us with purchasing the property. We found Anthony a pleasure to deal with, and he even had patience to deal with our toddler running around. Anthony's knowledge of the property and area was very helpful when it came to purchasing the property. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Anthony to anyone buying or purchasing a property.

On our search for our new home we crossed paths with Anthony a few times. Anthony was always friendly and generous with his time. He knew the immediate and surrounding area and was able to share this knowlegde with us. Communication with Anthony was a pleasure. Always friendly and prompt. While obviously working for his clients (the vendor) we felt comfortable that Anthony was wanting to reach an eventual outcome (buying our home) was mutually beneficial. From our first meeting when I was just thinking of selling, through to the the sale, Anthony provided me with so much assistance, enthusiasm, practical advice, especially planning what to do, organising tradesmen to transform my house and helping with anything at all I needed. This included all sorts of things from taking me to a nursery to buy new plants for the garden & then helping plant them all, moving furniture, and even washing up on photo day when I was running behind and watering the plants when he called in to show the house. He did such a great job, once we went on the market he sold the house after only 2 open houses, for a great price and is now helping me find a new home. Anthony put in so much time and effort and was so enthusiastic & kept me motivated and informed every step of the way. If you want an agent who is passionate about his job, and will go above and beyond what’s required then Anthony and the team at Ray White are just the best.

Over the years my partner and I have purchased many homes and we certainly know what we look for in an agent. Enthusiasm, courtesy, and expert knowledge of the property and how it would benefit us the buyer. We contacted Anthony in the morning and asked to inspect the villa that afternoon and an inspection was locked in. Anthony's well presented, cheerful and was very enthusiastic about the property and the features it had to offer. If I had been the vendor this is what I would be looking for. An agent that genuinely likes the property and can explain to a potential buyer the many pluses of the property. What also impressed us was how swiftly Anthony followed up on our queries. My partner had many questions about the solar panels that were installed on the villa roof. Anthony organised for a person who had expertise in this area to call Graham and answer his many questions. So many agents would have mislead a potential buyer but Anthony ensured that we fully understood the potential of solar panels and possibility of battery storage. The next morning we wanted to inspect the property again and then it came down to the offer. We found that Anthony was a skilled negotiator that worked hard for a win for his vendor to achieve the price they were comfortable with and a win at the right price for us. Since then he has been methodical and timely with sending information to our solicitor, the vendors solicitor and us. In addition Anthony is a long time local of Umina Beach he has put us in contact with builders, plumbers that will assist us with some small changes we plan to make. If I was to sell or buy a home then Anthony would be my first and only choice as his affable, friendly nature was a delight plus he is skilled at sales and local knowledge. Let's be honest if you want to sell or buy you need someone that understands how to sell and Anthony is terrific. We cannot recommend him more highly.

His name is Anthony Zadravic who works for Ray White Umina Beach. Our story is somewhat complicated, however I am sure there are some of you out there that can relate. My beautiful mum was diagnosed with Dementia in late 2017, and her condition changed drastically after a hospital stay in March 2018 with a sore knee. They sent her home a few days before her rehab was scheduled to finished to see how she would cope in her own home, however she could not even remember how to make a cup of tea and where things were in her kitchen, to say the least this was so devastating for us, however we knew we had to move forward so we decided to move her into our home no questions asked as we did not want her going into a nursing home. Fast forward 3 months and we listed her property with Anthony whom we had meet several times previously as Umina Beach is a small beach area where everyone knows everyone. From day one I can not express the personal touch Anthony showed toward my whole family, let alone my mum with Dementia. We truly do not know how I would have coped this past 8 months without his support, expertise, love and understanding of such a personal situation that our family was now dealing with. From doing a remodel of her front garden, to getting in a co-worker to change a few things around inside the house to actually "watering and planting new plants in her garden" We truly do not know any other Real Estate Agent that would go the extra mile to do such wonderful things. I can truly say that he is not only a fabulous real estate agent, but a genuine hard working individual who goes above and beyond. I cannot speak highly enough of Anthony, and the service he has rendered me in finding the property at 1/7 Morris St, Umina Beach. Anthony took the time to show me the merits of not just the residence, but the local neighbourhood as well, includng local facilities such as butchers, hairdressers, retail outlets, and the local craft beer bar. All important to me in making my decision to purchase the property. Anthony also negotiated with the vendors, so that items such as the kitchen refrigerator, the lounge suite, the washing machine and the wall-mounted flat screen TV unit, were included in the very reasonable purchase price, saving me thousands of dollars. Anthony also took the time to introduce me to some of my new neighbours, which really impressed me as well. This is my first real estate purchase, and I am really impressed with Anthony's professionalism, expertise and easy going manner, all of which made my decision so easy in the end. You hear all sorts of horror stories about real estate agents, but Anthony is certainly the exception to all of those pre-conceived ideas. Can't speak highly enough about this young man. Lastly, Anthony will be helping me even after I move in, by guiding me in getting a few jobs that I want done, like getting a pergola built out the front of the villa.
