I recently had my home sold by auction and was sold by Ray White Real Estate Fairfield NSW, the person who represented them was Mr Antoine Ayrouth, his local knowledge and the attention given to the sale was unsurpassed ! Antoine was in touch with me on every detail re the sale and with my nervousness about selling my long time home I could not have wished for more support. Well the auction is over now and I am very happy with the result, i can not recommend this gentleman higher. One very happy client.

Antoine knows the market really well but still did what he could to get best final price for the unit. Antoine always performed with high degree of professionalism in all interactions. Thank you

Working with Antoine was a pleasure! The most helpful and kind agent my family has ever worked with. He assisted us in all that he could and more! I cannot thank him enough for all that he has done for me and my family.

Antoine has the passion and skill to make the deal go through smoothly and I regard myself lucky to have him involved in the whole process. I guess both the vendor and me as a purchaser would like to thank him for his effort and professionalism in making this deal a success. I think he is a valuable asset to Ray White Fairfield and wish him every success in his career. Thank you, Antoine!

Antoine is a very friendly, honest and professional real estate agent, with a great depth of knowledge in the current housing market, and in particular the local market. When it was time to sell the Family Home in which I grew up in, I had mixed emotions. Fortunately we had Antoine. He provided us with a very realistic appraisal of the home, based on the current market, and assisted us in making the house very saleable. In a slow moving housing market the house SOLD very quickly. If you are looking to sell your home, I highly recommend Antoine. Give him a call.

From the Initial phone call to handing over the keys upon settlement, Antoine was a Gentleman with the proof that the good old customer service does exist. Keep up the great work Antoine and as you know the results are in the sales and another satisfied customer and it would be an absolute pleasure to deal with you again in the future. Keep up the outstanding work!!

From the first meeting to discuss the sale, right through to the sale of the property, you were very polite, honest and kept me updated at all times throughout the entire process. Your hard work, and dedication is very much appreciated. I really thought the selling of my house would be somehow a daunting task, however upon meeting you, you made me feel at ease and the whole process turned out to be a much more pleasant experience. I will highly recommend you to family and friends who are looking to either sell or buy. Thank you Antoine

Dealing with Anton was an absolute joy. The whole process when purchasing my property was made pain free and enjoyable all thanks to Anton. Anton ensured the process from start to finish was fluid and fully transparent I will be definitely dealing with Anton with regards to future purchases and would absolutely recommend.

Antoine worked thru a difficult period in the current real estate market place and continued to persevere throughout this time with no difference to his attitude to the task at hand

Highly recommend Antoine. He went out of his way over the Christmas holidays to notify me what is happening. Very effective communicator, friendly and efficient. Could not recommend him more to sellers and buyers alike.
