Antoine is very friendly. He kept me well informed on the inspections and updates. He also provided good advice on some improvements to the house in order to get interest from prospective buys. The final selling price was less than my expectations and hence I cannot rate higher.
Recently i was fortunate to become involved with Antoine while selling an apartment unit on behalf of an old friend who resides in a nursing home. Throughout the whole process Antoine was very efficient and highly professional. in the end the apartment unit sold 28% above reserve, an amazing result. When it comes to real estate Antoine is a Man of Action.
We met Antoine at the inspection of the property we bought. He has been accommodative from the first time we met him. He responded to all our queries with patience as this was our first home and we had many questions. Not only that he was also happy to communicate with the vendor regarding our queries/requests and kept us updated of any changes as soon he found out about them. Overall my partner and I were happy with the service we received and our journey so far has been smooth.
Antoine is a man of action. When inspecting my potential property I have pointed out minor damages to the ceiling. He was quick to follow up on the issue and had it repaired by the following week at auction. My dealing so far with him has been very pleasant. He is very professional, accomodating and quick to respond to any queries I had.
Antoine is amazing! His experience as a real estate agent was clearly evident in the challenge of selling the house and granny flat with existing tenancies. I appreciated his honest feedback and his knowledge of the market, both historical and current is exceptional. Antoine maintained complete transparency and honesty throughout the whole process. From the beginning, Antoine demonstrated attentiveness and presence, carefully listening to my circumstances and my objectives and was always gracious and considerate of the existing tenants. He assured me he would treat the sale of the property as if it were his own (and he did!) which resulted in a better than expected outcome. Antoine exceeded my expectations thoroughly. I cannot recommend him more highly.
Antoine has a very professional manner in responding my questions and requests. Always contable with no time limitations. I actually asked him to take a rest on a public holiday and weekends for a couple of times.
Our family very exciting we can living in this brand new house.
No issues. Did not push me by bombarding me with calls and messages like lots of agents do. Very helpful and friendly.
Professional, delivered expected outcome at current market. Always helpful. I highly recommend Antoine Ayrouth.
The agent Antoine was knowledgeable and helpful. He communicated effectively and arranged all the documentation promptly. His understanding of the property market and the suggestions that he gave were very helpful. I would recommend Antoine as an agent who provides accurate information and is professional in his work.
