I recently sold my property in Meadowbank through Antonella Scenna of Property Circle. Antonella first came to see me and gave me an honest appraisal of the property and what her fees would be. There was no elevated or low ball prices to give me a false expectation of the sale. The marketing was outstanding and was testament to the amount of groups that came through on day 1 of the open inspection and was sold that very day to a buyer who knew the market and knew what she wanted without the fuss of back and forth negations. I was impressed with Antonella’s persistent, honest, reliable and genuine attitude. This was not my first sale/purchase with Antonella, and will not be my last!
