Antonio displayed an excellent knowledge of the Five Dock housing market, for both buyer and seller. This was demonstrated when determining a selling price point beyond our own expectations. And then meeting, and exceeding, this price. Antonio’s communication skills provided us with confidence and understanding, through his excellent ability to fully explain the process that we would be going through. Antonio, and his team were always timely in responding to any queries and were able to explain complex concepts in a manner that we were able to easily comprehend. Of great importance to us was Antonio’s useful suggestions to the special nuances of a sale of a deceased estate. And in this case an Estate with additional special circumstances and difficulties attached to the sale. Antonio’s high degree of professionalism and market knowledge was demonstrated when he suggested a methodology that was unusual, but provided significant additional opportunities to gain potential buyers.
