We gave Antony quite a big task in selling our ex rental property ... the place needed some renovations to bring it back up to scratch .. although the property was on a bus route and close to shops and close to the obahn the renovations made the same difficult ... Even before we signed a contract with him, he provided us with expert advice regarding how to go about getting the house ready and put us in contact with some excellent Trades-people (where needed) and service providers (e.g. Home Stagers and Pool Compliance Officers). Once we had the house ready, the process of putting the house on the market proceeded swiftly and efficiently and we a very good offer in a very short time, which became a sale. If there were ever any problems, he was always readily available and went above and beyond to assist. We were very happy with the service Antony provided for us, and would highly recommend him to others.
You dont call yoyrself Mr Modbury north for no reason! Obviously Antony has extensive experience in the area and surrounding suburbs. We had a good repour with Antony and he was also able to stay professional with us. He was also very helpfull along the way answering any questions we had. He was patient with us which goes a long way when it is your fist big house purchas. The only drawback i found was I felt was some processes (new to us) where glossed over or sped through. Overall Antony was a pleasure to deal with and we thank him for his hard work.

Our house at Modbury North had been for sale for almost 12 months before we engaged Antony. We had previously signed with a so-called "local expert" to find that he was big on hyping up his own abilities but small on actively achieving what he promised - we definitely got suckered in by his marketing. After going through 2 other agents with mixed results we returned to Antony who had sold us the property originally. Straight away he was able to generate a lot of interest in the property and his great communication with us made what had been an extremely stressful time a much smoother process. We would recommend Antony's services without reservation. His knowledge of the Modbury area is unparalleled - other agents may call themselves local experts but their expertise is literally zero compared to Antony. He had a very big job ahead of him in selling our property as it had been on the market for 12 months - he took the challenge on with enthusiasm and positivity and worked hard to achieve a great result. Our advice is to look at the rest but engage the best - Antony. He will work super hard to sell your property and his knowledge of the area is simply the best. Our only regret is that we did not sign him up to sell for us in the first place!
