At that time we were impressed with his knowledge of the Modbury area, and also enjoyed getting to know him at that time as we went through the process of buying our home. When we decided to sell our home, he was the logical choice for us to help with the sale. We knew he had all the attributes someone would want in an agent - outstanding communication skills, sales skills and experience, enormous market knowledge of the area, and second to none professionalism. Even before we signed a contract with him, he provided us with expert advice regarding how to go about getting the house ready and put us in contact with some excellent Trades-people (where needed) and service providers (e.g. Home Stagers and Pool Compliance Officers). Once we had the house ready, the process of putting the house on the market proceeded swiftly and efficiently and we a very good offer in a very short time, which became a sale. If there were ever any problems, he was always readily available and went above and beyond to assist. We were very happy with the service Antony provided for us, and would highly recommend him to others.
