Unfortunately I purchased what I thought was my dream property from Antony. He will lie and say anything just to get the deal. He advertised the property with Solar , security and plenty of other features- full well knowing that these are not actually part of the property. The previous owner never connected the solar - its extremely hard now to get anyone to do a safety certificate to get it connected. Antony let the previous owner remove the security after the inspection. There were multiple other things like all the fittings that were removed , I knew something was up when all of a sudden the photos were removed online as well. The settlement date was a nightmare , I’m now spending tens of thousands of dollars to get stuff repaired that was part of the contract and removed and damaged , lawyer involved. Really disappointed when you spend 910k . The seller was a friend of his so they really went to town on me. Antony is dishonest and will tell you what you want to hear , be careful and take photos of everything, don’t trust him
