All kicked off very professionally but agent convinced us that amount over 380K will commission as 70:30 70% agent & 30% for Vendor. In good trust we agreed by Antony had a deal lined up for 395K with in two days. Having raised that we have been conned I raised my concert with Antony & he immediately agreed to make the split 50/50 Please do not trust this guy & don't sign which is not of your interest.
