I generally hate agent! I heard lots of stories about agents. They can't be trusted; they just want to sell; they don't care about vendor and what vendor wants. Well, I can tell you, Anu is different. At first, I don't like Anu. She didn't smile and we (my wife and I) feel really uncomfortable around Anu. Her face can be intimidating. But let me tell you, she is a great agent and amazing person. She took care of me. In fact, right now, I have an offer from another agent to sell my other property with a great $$$ and settlement can be done within few days. However, I have to think hard to use another agent because Anu doesn't treat you as "a client". She treats you like her own family. She really took care of vendor. And deep down, I just want her to sell my property because I know I am in a good hand. My recommendation is, why don't you go and meet Anu. She didn't bite (I promise you). If you do meet Anu and feel uncomfortable with her, don't be. She is a very nice person. Get to know her and you can trust that you are in a good hand. She really do work for me!
