I dealt with Anuj Narwal and Paras Singh and my experience was shocking. Do not trust on the things they say please make sure everything should be in written. They make lots of promises and all of them are dodgy. They won't provide you the true information and can go to any extent to sell the property. They are quick and responsive until the contract of sale is signed. They are extremely unprofessional group working in LJ Hooker. They won't bother to reply your emails and phone calls after settlement so don't expect any after service if you need to ask anything. I still haven't got my original keys of the property as they don't care and don't bother. The only option left with you is going to Consumer Affairs because of the way they treat you. No doubt why they have changed their name from 360 real estate to LJ Hooker as they are a group of liars and unprofessional people. PLEASE SAVE AND REFRAIN YOURSELF FROM LJ HOOKER-MELTON

Anuj is mannerless He is lier. Do not trust on his verbal statement.. must take everything in written from him. When my wife called him he misbehaved with her.. I willl not recommend him to anyone..
