I feel that the informations about my property for advertisement needs more details and the agent doesn't follow my authorisation for the price. The set price at the beginning of advertising was too law that the buyer can pay more price. This made me to have difficulty to go up more as I wanted to sell my property. This could be the reason the property was sold within a few weeks. Communication between the agent and vendor is good. It is always good and easy to communicate with the agent. Maintaining the property during the sale is unsatisfied The agent deposit the money too late from sale and settlement of the property.
