Elsie is clearly a local agent with many houses up for sale in the area (and not too long before you see that "Under Contract" sticker on the sign). Elsie was always professional, organised, and able to lead the way in getting your house on the market and sold. She knows her business and does it well.
We have had Elsie sell two properties for us now and we use her because she is extremely professional. A pleasure to deal with.
Elsie was friendly and professional through the whole process.
Elsie was able to attract multiple offers on our property in a very slow market yet never pushed us to accept any offer untill we were comfortable with the price and conditions.
Elsie it was a pleasure to have you as our agent. You were easily contactable, respectful, courteous and professional. Your local knowledge, prompt conduct and ability to co-ordinate our interstate sale was outstanding. Thank you, from all of my family.
Elsie is very knowledgeable with the current market, and it has been a pleasure having her to sell our house and assist us with the purchase of our new home.
Elsie was very professional helping my partner and I find our first family home together, she was very helpful and made the whole process easy to deal with.
I would highly recommend Elsie to sell your property each time i had to make contact if Elsie wasn't available she would always ring back with in the hour. She seems to be available 7 days a week 24 hours a day. Exceptional service
We felt very well looked after , no questions unanswered. Friendly professional service given . Thank you Elsie
