Elsie is a true professional in her field. She is very knowledgeable with market conditions and knows what it takes to get a property sold. Elsie is also very diplomatic in her approach and has a very pleasant way of explaining the discrepancy between expected price and market reality. She always aims for the best outcome for her customers. I highly recommend Elsie and have used her services multiple times.
