She set out the terms of sale clearly, how she would market the property, and her set fees- which were very reasonable. She took every opportunity to market the cottage, taking all potential buyers through. She treated me and my property with respect, talked over marketing changes and listened to my concerns. She was positive that, like me, there was someone out there who would see its charm, and persisted until she found them. She kept me positive through a protracted settlement.
