This is not the first time we have used Gavin for purchasing and selling of our properties and did not hesitate to use his services again. We have always found him to be very honest, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, polite and punctual. Thank you Gavin for selling our land so quickly.

Gavin proved beyond any doubt that he was dedicated to getting the best price possible for me rather than the fastest sale for him. If I still lived in Bendigo, I'd refuse to use anyone other than him to sell my house.

We looked at Gavin's profile on line, liked what we saw so gave him a go! We rang Gavin on a Friday and he met with us on a Saturday morning, assessed the property and was able to clearly explain the process of listing, advertising, and all costs. Gavin was very prompt in listing the property with it being sold within 2 weeks! (at a very good price) Throughout the process Gavin kept us well informed by both email and phone calls. While not a straight-forward sale, Gavin has been very very easy to communicate with and his professional guidance has been superb! Very highly recommend Gavin!
