My wife and I just went unconditional on our new home in Little Mountain after almost 18 months of online searches and endless scurrying between open homes every Saturday. We met April at a couple of recent open homes and were glad to finally find an agent that wasn’t resting on her laurels in the current sellers market. April delved into what we were chasing, hunted down suitable properties and had several options within days.
