April was outstanding. Genuine, trustworthy, warm and welcoming. Buying from interstate, where the process if totally different, made things confusing and stressful. April always answered the phone when we had questions and explained things really clearly. She reminded us of when things were due which was so appreciated, and her and the team went above and beyond at settlement time. Could not recommend her enough, I would buy or sell with her any day.
