When I considered selling my property I interviewed three agents from different companies. Aramis presented well, was on time for our appointment and had good knowledge of the locality surrounding my house. Aramis provided options for marketing that were realistic for the property and an estimate of what could be expected that was not designed to inflate my expectations. During the marketing process, Aramis and his team obliged me in several ways that went beyond what I thought that an agent would do, including using his own equipment to improve the presentation of the property for interview on an occasion when I was physically unable to do so myself as I was overseas. Bill Knaggs (the company principal) also went out of his way on a public holiday on one occasion to provide access to guests when I was not able to do so myself. He did this without having anything to gain from the gesture, but certainly created a lot of goodwill from my perspective in doing so. I was very happy with my association with Aramis, Bill and the team and would thoroughly recommend them to any prospective buyer or seller. They are in my view a reputable, professional, obliging company in an industry known for individuals/groups that do not always exhibit these qualities.

We looked at 4 properties with Aramis. On each occasion he demonstrated a good knowledge of the property and it’s location. His approach was relaxed and friendly without being pushy or overbearing. He was flexible in arranging for the inspection of the properties. He facilitated negotiations regarding our purchase and was willing to assist further with exchange of contracts and details of local services when required.
