From the moment I decided to sell my property at Fingal Bay, Aramis presented himself as the person to obtain the best possible price in the most professional manner! He was efficient, energetic, had a great passion to succeed and this positive demure remained until well after the sale was effected. Aramis and Bill never lost a moment to get my property marketed and photography organised to ensure it was on the "net" in the quickest possible time. Their direction and assistance motivated me to present my house in readiness for the "open house" market and within only a couple of weeks a buyer was located. They made the whole process extremely painless and were understanding of any of my anxieties. I would highly recommend Aramis and Bill Knaggs Real Estate to anyone wanting to secure a sale in the area with the best market price.
Aramis' reviews
Aramis was supportive in my search for the right property in Fingal Bay and assisted throughout the process. I understand he was acting for the vendor but I think he was helpful to both vendor and purchaser.
My experience with BILL KNAGGS REAL ESTATE was fabulous Aramis did a great job locating the perfect property for us.He was extremely helpful and allowing us to see the property to suit us as we had to travel a long distance. I highly recommend him as a agent.
Aramis secured a sale for us quickly at a price that we were extremely happy with. His appraisal was higher than other agents and he proved his knowledge of the market by selling at the price he valued at. His communication was great and his friendly nature made him very easy to work with. Aramis was also very proactive when it came to finding a house for us to purchase. We would recommend Aramis to anyone in the Port Stephens area looking to both sell or purchase.
I live interstate and used Aramis to sell my mother's home. Aramis could not be faulted on his knowledge and consistent and continual communication throughout the whole process. He managed a significant higher price than the other local agent's appraisal also. I would not hesitate to recommend Aramis.

Thank you Aramis for making the purchase of our property at Fingal Bay an easy choice, and taking the time to communicate with us every step of the way.
Aramis made the selling of our mothers house very easy for us by consistently keeping us informed of any progress every step of the way. Nothing was any trouble to him and he was a great support to our mother. We found him to be very professional, trustworthy, cheerful and extremely capable in the work that he does. I would recommend Aramis Pincovai from Bill Knaggs Real Estate to anyone that is looking for professional and trustworthy people in buying and/or selling a property.
Aramis comes across as a pleasant and knowledgeable young man despite being a relative newcomer to the industry. He is conscientious but calm and does not apply high pressure. It was good dealing with Aramis and I wish him well.
