We listed our property through Bill Knagg's agency as we believed that it would be to our advantage to use the only agent with an office and presence in Fingal Bay. We also figured that local, specific knowledge of Fingal Bay would be beneficial. Aramis certainly met that expectation. We found him to be very affable and open. As a local brought up in the area, he demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the Port Stephens real estate market. He communicated effectively with us at each step of the marketing and sale process.Our property sold in three weeks and achieved the price we sought. We can give no higher recommendation than to say that if we had another house to sell in "the Bay" we wouldn't hesitate to use Aramis again.
