We chose aras because we felt he was the right person for the job. We have had our property for sale previously with other agent and they failed to sell. Aras said he will sell ours between 2 and 4 weeks and he did. I recommend him to anyone that is looking at selling
Aras made the daunting task of buying my first home run smoothly with a high level of organisation and communication.
We never imagined we could sell our house so quick. You signed, sealed and delivered within a week! The result exceeded our expectations and you made the process seamless. You are definatly the perfect man for the job and number 1 agent. Aras, its been an absolute pleasure working with you,we would highly recommend you to all our family and friends.
We met Aras two months ago on our private visit to view the house for sale. Throughout the buying process, Aras has displayed good communication skills, integrity in the buying process, honesty and a pleasing personality to work with. As we are not from Victoria, Aras has gone out of his way to help us in finding a conveyancing agent, in broadening our local market knowledge and following through from the buying to the settlement of the property. We could not have found a better agent to help us buy a property.
Aras really rolled out the red carpet when he helped us find our investment property. From when we contacted him and told him what we were looking for to settlement, he pulled out all the stops. He assisted us to find something within our price range and kept us informed every step of the way. We were so impressed that we wanted his office to take care of the leasing of the property. Thank you Aras and team at Melbourne real estate, you really made this experience seamless.
From the very beginning, Aras has guided us through what would be considered as a rather difficult personal situation for the sale of our property. His communication could not be doubted as he was always on top of things and was always able to inform us before we have ever needed to try to contact him. I could not recommend him enough as he is a wealth of knowledge and willingness to help where possible. He is truly worth every dollar you put in!
Highly recommended agent, great communication, extremely punctual and a lovely person.
Aras is a great agent to deal with who has vast knowledge of the local Area. He always returned calls promptly and chased matters up efficiently. A rarity for agents these days
I would like to thank Aras for his tremendous efforts in securing our first investment property, his knowledge of the area is excellent. He made us feel at ease from the first moment we met him. Aras made the whole process of purchasing the property like a walk in the park. We would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling in the Roxburgh park area. Thank you again
Aras is a professional with exceptional knowledge of real estate and his area. Aras showed great communication skills who was always available and provided me with regular updates. Definitely the go to agent in the area for a smooth seamless transaction.
Aras's experience in the area and in the industry are evident from the first meeting with him. Aras and his team communicate exceptionally well across all levels. We were confident and comfortable throughout the entire process thanks to Aras's professional approach and assistance.
We have dealt with many agents over the years and have been extremely happy with Aras as he had a fast and seem less turn around time with matching clients to suitable properties. He has clients that he knows what will suit them and is always looking for the best interest of the seller and purchaser. I would recommend him to anyone looking to sell or purchase.
