I've now sold multiple properties with Archie and his team, and they always end up surprising me! Archie now holds multiple records across buildings which I've sold apartments within, including this latest one in Parkdale. The highest price for a 1bedroom - and a lot more than what I was willing to take. Archie a special mention to you for not going through with the initial offers and convincing me to wait for that offer - the extra couple of weeks and strategic position allowed us to achieve a higher price. Well done and no doubt we'll catch up again on my next sale.
