Archibald made the sale so effortlessly he took all the stress away and was so easy to deal with. Even though i live in New Zealand this was not a problem. Archibald was always very friendly and helpful, positive and honest in assessing what was/was not possible. He was enthusiastic about our property and helpful in organising what we felt needed to be done to present the property in the best light. He is a good communicator, keeping us in touch with what was happening and always available if we needed any information. We always felt as if he had our best interests at heart. The final sale price was under our original expectation but seemed OK in the present market. He and his partner Jade worked very well together.
