I had been looking since early in the year. My budget was limited and it was becoming harder and harder to find the right property. I had my eye on one particular building but was priced out on a number of poperties until Ardie introduced to me one off market. After multiple viewings and some personal delays we got it over the line. Ardie was a pleasure to deal, applied no pressure and was always available when I needed him.
