When we first decided to sell our property we interviewed a couple of local agents, we felt they weren't the right fit (agent 1 told us the market has dropped because of corona and agent 2 gave us a price that was so farfetched we both knew it couldn't be true) and we felt like they didn't care about our situation or what we intended to do but merely wanted to get us to sign. Then we found Aren (via his poster at Hampton Park Shopping Centre) and thought we would give him a call! He did not even hesitate to come down meet us within a short time and have a coffee and later that day again made time to come and see our home. He was punctual, well presented and we both had a gut feeling he is just genuinely a good person!!! There was no bull crap, there was no smoke and mirrors he was very straight forward and empathetic and explained to us that he is there to work for us to get the best price not just tell us what we want to hear! Aren had his finger on the trigger with everything from organising photos, to marketing right down to organising the section 32 and even making sure our home was ready for the open. We have bought and sold over 10 properties and have never seen an agent with such attention to detail. We had a feeling this is just too good to be true and that something isn't right based on our past experiences but then after the FIRST OPEN Aren brings us an amazing offer which was more than what we had expected with the conditions that suited us to absolute perfection! We genuinely couldn't believe that everything he had said was 100000% correct and I am so glad we went to Hampton Park that day.
