We met Aren during a property inspection. He provided us with information about the property and emailed us the section 32 immediately after we asked him. He followed up with a call the next day to inquire about our interest. When we mentioned the price we were prepared to offer, he did mention that a higher price would be preferable, but was not pushy towards us to increase our offered price. Aren invited us to his office to sign an offer the next day (it was during after-work hour), and he rang back within 24 hours to inform us that our offer was accepted by the vendor. After the sale was confirmed, Aren immediately emailed the contract to our conveyancer so they can start the process.
