Aris took on quite a challenge in selling my company title, older style unit in a quiet back street in Ashfield. He was open and clear from the beginning about the special difficulties I might encounter. One big difficulty with company title is that banks can be reluctant to provide finance to buyers. Before my unit even went on the market Aris took my contract to a number of mortgage brokers so that he was ready to suggest to buyers alternate ways of getting finance. Another difficulty I faced was finding a conveyancer who was competent in doing company title. Aris was able to suggest a conveyancer experienced in company title. The conveyancer did a good job. He and Aris consulted regularly, which helped to get the sale done despite the added complexity with company tile. Aris' advice on how to make my unit look its best meant his photographer produced beautiful photographs. He involved me the choice of photos and wording for the ads, which were terrific. Aris is a very experienced and professional agent. However, I feel his personal qualities are even more important. In his dealings with me (and this is the second property I have sold through him), I have found Aris to be trustworthy, a good listener and willing to give straightforward advice. He is a good person to have on your side!I
Aris outlined his planned strategy to sell 2 properties. Took his advice and all went very well. Initially I was concerned as properties were out of his local area but not a problem at all. He did market research, made good suggestions re marketing and properties sold quickly for good prices. He always seemed to know when you wanted an update on how things were progressing. Overall, a very good experience with no stress. Would highly recommend him as an agent. Additionally he has a very good support team -always pleasant and efficient.
We sold our property in Hurlstone Park. This is the 2nd time we have asked Aris Dendrinos to sell our property. In both instances we got an excellent result. From clear communication to realisitc market feedback- the vast local experience of Aris is worth it's weight in gold , especially when things do not run always as planned . Property had a limited title due to being over 50 years old, reassured us that regardless the property would sell, proceeded to list the property based on an educated guess was 300 sqm, it later was found to be 368sqm. Tirelessly tried to see this property granted, however it wasn't until months later when the property was properly surveyed (7K) in fees the property sold, and a full commission was requested even though, the property wouldn't sell without a torrens title which was expedited later by us the sellers. So in summary it was poorly listed, poorly advised and poorly sold, no offense to Ari's experience, just a poor business transaction
We had a really positive experience as first home buyers. Aris is very professional but also honest and direct. As a neurodiverse person I found his communication and provision of information to be really helpful and supportive in a high stress situation of trying to buy our first property in Sydney.
