Aris phoned me after every Open House inspection and emailed electronic media statistics to me on Monday mornings. I was impressed with his suggestions in relation to preparing the house for sale (e.g. best colours to use when painting) and the little touches such the sign stating size of the property, and the sign on the wall pointing East, thus reminding prospective purchases where the morning sun would be.
