We worked with Aris to sell our townhouse in Hurlstone Park. From the first meeting he was a consummate professional, taking the time to keep us regularly updated, share all the considerations and factors important to consider in the presentation and sales process, keep us updated on results from house inspections and his communications with prospective buyers. We had a well presented property, in a good location but with a difficult floor plan at the back of the property. Aris had over 70 people through with a good reach out into the spring property market, however most could not get past the second bedroom layout so the auction was cancelled. He is a very good communicator and judge of character when it coms to talking with buyers and eventually we had an offer. I believe he did everything he could to raise the offer to their maximum and after a week or two and a realization, we accepted the offer and sold. Aris has a very professional way with people and good negotiating skills from many years in the business.
