Aris is a rare agent in the Sydney market. Yes, he is working for his vendor - but he also understood the journey that we were on as first time owners. We had crossed paths before we ended up buying the place we did at another home and he took the time to give advice, understood the complexities of the property choice and our efforts thus far. By chance, after being disappointed by another small boutique realtor in an off market purchase, Aris reached out and knew what we were looking for based on our previous conversations, I knew it was going to be managed with integrity and professionalism not found by a LOT of the agents in Sydney. Over the course of 6 months, every weekend meeting close to 100 different agents, I can only say Aris and perhaps one other agent actually took the time to build proper rapport, checked in and understood what we were looking for. We now have our first home and it may never have happened if Aris didn't reach out and introduce us to the property and for that we are very thankful, along with his and his team's expertise.
