Wonderful Agent Who Does A Fantastic Job

Arlene recently helped my husband and I to sell our very first home. We had put a lot of hard work into making our house a home and had a lot of sentimental attachment to it. We had no idea what was involved in the selling process but Arlene walked us through the process step-by-step and was always available to answer any and all of our questions. There was never a time we felt pressured to make decisions on the spot and every decision we made was respected by Arlene. Having never sold a house before we put a lot of faith and trust in Arlene to do the best for us that she possibly could and we were amazed by the outcome. Our house was listed on a Monday and we had multiple inspections coming through before the weekend. Arlene made herself available at different times of the same day to show potential buyers through our house and did so with a smile. We received feedback almost straight away on each inspection and any offers that were made. We had one open house that Arlene held and the weather was working against us. She ensured that our house was still as neat and clean as it was when she arrived, and again, updated us as soon as it was over with feedback from potential buyers. We sold our house in 6 days for an amount beyond the price we listed for. Arlene is a wonderful person and a fantastic real estate agent whom I would highly recommend to any future vendor.
