Totally supportive, expert advice, wonderful service - Arlene Joffe

Arlene Joffe was an excellent agent for us. She was able to ascertain the value of our property and what it would reach at auction. She kept us apprised of changes in the market and was an enormous support to us when the market 'tanked' overnight with the COVID-19 pandemic. My husband and I expected the worst outcome for our sale. However, with the support of her colleague Maxine, Arlene was able to secure a sale for our property at the top of our range. We will always be grateful for the time Arlene put into our campaign - in the many months prior by providing us with expert advice on what we would need to do to improve our property for sale, through to the campaign and advising us on what we should and should not invest in for advertising and styling. Arlene was available to take my calls and meet with me at times that suited me despite her own busy schedule and commitments. She was also very mindful of our budget and took care to ensure we did not spend money unnecessarily.
