Arlo was very responsive to our queries and requests. He helped guide us through the buying process, and I felt he was very transparent. He also has a truck that he lent us to help us move house. The truck was very tidy and came supplied with a moving trolley and moving sheets. Quite accommodating in terms of inspection times.
