We had a great experience with Arlo when buying our home. He was very knowledgeable with the local market and helpful. I think he puts in a lot of effort for the purchaser, even after cooling off he assisted with access to the home so we could measure up for furniture. The purchase price stayed exactly as agreed once the verbal deal was done. He organised for our daughter put the SOLD sticker on the for sale sign, which she loved. Highly recommend Arlo.
