Arna leigh & Mr Real Estate achieved a very good result for us, in selling our Investment property at 22 Amy Street Gracemere. Following on a few years of property value decline in Gracemere, the market slowly started to pick up in the last 2 years, and I had to wait for the prices to reach a decent level, as I had this property for about 12 years and wanted to make reasonable profit.
