Arnold did an incredible job throughout our experience! He laid out all of the costs involved in selling our condo, and let us decide how we wanted to proceed (with his advice of course!). He found a handyman and painter to get the apartment up to standard, and when I went to see the place for the first time in five years it looked like a model apartment. Arnold and Neal set up a WhatsApp to keep us updated on showings and interest in the unit. Best of all, he got an incredible offer for our place so we're thrilled.
