We chose Arthur Apostoleros to sell our apartment based on a personal recommendation from a friend, and our friend did not let us down. It was a bit daunting selling for the first time but we were very pleased with the whole process. It was smooth and straightforward. I didn't feel we were being led to expect an unrealistically high sales price, which was something I was worried about beforehand. I was impressed by Buxton's processes for keeping us updated throughout the campaign (and also for keeping in touch with interested buyers). I never felt that I didn't know what was going on, and anyway Arthur was always very responsive when we did have a query. In the end our property sold at auction $100k above reserve in a softening market, which of course we were thrilled with.
