Arthur was extremely helpful in helping me to sell my property. He was able to navigate the delicate situation between myself and my ex husband. He was very honest in his appraisal of the sale price while also trying to achieve the best price for the property. Given my vulnerable emotional state, I felt I could rely and trust Arthur to do the right thing and advise in my best interest. This was extremely important to me. I was not anxious or worried about the process as Arthur managed it all very well. i would certainly recommend Arthur.
