Arthur's experience and market knowledge is second to none. There is something to be said about using a very experienced agent, especially in what is said to be a tough market. We did get top dollar considering the tough times we are living in. Arthur was bringing people from his own data base before the official advertising campaign had begun. Only someone with an extensive following can really do this. I was always updated with the honest opinions of the property, after every private inspection and open for inspection.
