Our experience with selling property with Guy Draper and the team at Homburg's was excellent, from start to finish. We were grateful for the local knowledge, professionalism, and timely communications. We can highly recommend Guy and his team.

Guy is calm and rational in his approach to the job. He will give you honest answers and communicates clearly. He is not pushy or expedient, rather is patient in his approach.?

Guy took care of everything and had the place sold within 2 weeks. Very happy with the service provided, highly recommended.

Guy made selling property very easy and would highly recommend him to anyone.

From our initial contact through to the completion of the sale process, Guy's real estate expertise and professionalism was apparent. As with our prior dealings with Guy, his timely communications were much appreciated.

We are pleased that we engaged Guy for the sale of our property. His regular feedback and doing his best to maximise the selling price made for a great transaction.

Guy and the team at Homburg guided us through the whole process, making selling our house as simple as possible. We are more than happy with our final sale price and are very grateful for the work they have done.

I felt confident with Guy right from the start. He was clear and detailed with how the process would happen, what steps he would take and what my responsibilities would be. He kept me up to date on the state of the market and progress with interested clients. In the end I was very happy with the result and pleasantly surprised that it went so smoothly.

Guy was professional, knowledgable, approachable and informative in all stages of the process. His vast experience in the local realestate market gave us the confidence to follow his advice. We always felt we were in good hands. He was reassuring with any concerns we had and explained the process in a way we could understand. Guy's strategy for the sale of our home resulted in a quick sale that exceeded our asking price and conditions. We purchase our home through Guy 20 years ago and he was our first choice for an agent when selling the same home.

Guy has been in the real estate industry for many years and has a great understanding of the Barossa area, fully committed to doing the best he can for his clients

After living there for so many year, Guy made the process of selling my home easier than I was expecting. He kept me informed, updated and got a better price than I was anticipating happy all-round. Thank you Guy!

Having been helped out by Guy previously, he was obviously first choice for selling my home. I checked out four other agents but Guy was the one who most earned my confidence. He has a wealth of experience in the Barossa and knows the market better than anyone. Throughout the sale process he was meticulous in making every step clear and simplifying what can be a daunting task. He and his very professional team handled all of the details and kept me up to date throughout. Thanks to all at Homburgs for a great result.
