I cannot say enough good things about Guy. From our very first approach to him he was invested in us and commited to getting us the best price for our house. He gave us excellent information and good guidance coming out of his years of experience. Guy answered every and any question we asked. Listened to us as we expressed our doubts and fears, and so we felt free to discuss our thoughts and feelings about the various factors in selling a house knowing that he was hearing us. In the end, the house was on the market for only a couple of weeks and we had solid offers within our desired price range. He continued to work for us to ultimately bring us the best result.
