He kept me informed with what was happening, without flooding me with information every day! Provided good feedback after each open inspection. Guy has been in the Barossa and surrounding area for a long time and has extensive market knowledge. If the vendor does not reside in the area of the property for sale; he is most accommodating in getting minor jobs done at the property in order to have it ready to list. After listing he communicates well with the vendor in respect to feed back from enquiries and open inspections. He is a really good negotiator when a prospective purchaser shows strong interest.
